At Master of Pellets, your trusted and reliable source for premium wood pellets, we offer clear and fair delivery options for all orders. From small quantities to bulk loads, we make sure you know exactly what to expect.
Delivery Rates
- Free Courier Delivery – All products up to 23kg are delivered free of charge by courier anywhere in Great Britain.
- Free Bulk Delivery (Local) – Orders above 330kg qualify for free delivery within a 50-mile radius of our location:
Unit 1, Lower Stoneham Farm, Lewes, BN8 5RJ, United Kingdom.
This also includes free delivery throughout London. - Standard Delivery Fee – £100 for all other orders outside the free delivery areas.
Free Collection
You can also collect your order directly from our location at no cost. We will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time after your order is placed.
What to Expect
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your pellets arrive in excellent condition. Orders are shipped via courier and typically arrive within a few working days.
